EXCELLENT experience with JOEY in the Starling Chevrolet PARTS Dept 3 minutes before closing on this Memorial Day weekend. Joey could easily have told me they were closed. Instead, he was patient, knowledgeable & then went the extra mile by printing the parts diagram (twice), parts number sheets, and then searching other area dealerships for their stock parts while troubleshooting. The total charge was only $53. I'm usually not a car dealership fan but I HIGHLY recommend Starling Chevrolet on Hwy 17 in Mt. Pleasant almost right under the I-526 overpass. Also noticed their service dept customer lounge with separate children's room, multiple food, drink and TV options in a very comfortable large waiting room. Definitely 5 Stars for Starling Chevrolet PARTS Dept and Joey.

I had a wonderful experience with Starling Chevrolet! I found a vehicle online early morning on a Saturday and with the help of Adam we were committed to the purchase before the end of the day with only phone and email conversations. Adam worked quickly and diligently to answer our questions and prepare the paperwork. We picked it up on Monday afternoon and with the help of Adam and Jason we were in and out very quickly! Great example of how a dealership should treat a customer. Justin Cohen helped my wife and I purchase a vehicle on the lot and it couldn't have been smoother. A stark difference to the other dealerships we visited recently.

I was visiting from out of town and had a tire that had been plugged by another dealer during our travels however, I knew it was in a bad spot, and the plug was not enough for the tire to hold air. I called the dealership they were able to get me in on the day we were in town and replace the tire as well as using my extended warranty that I had purchased through the dealership in Michigan where I bought my car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

We had a great experience at Starling Chevrolet! Everyone was very welcoming and informative at the dealership. We mostly worked with Chip who made car buying easy. He respected us as buyers and understood and accommodated our needs. We will certainly use him and Starling Chevrolet for any further needs and recommend them to friends and family.

I just want to give a big thanks to Justin, Adam, and Jason! I was searching for weeks to find an Impala and at the last minute I came across one on Starlings website. Justin was quick in getting back to me when I inquired about the vehicle and was so helpful throughout the entire process!! Adam helped me out a deposit down since the car was at the Starling in Orlando and guaranteed my car would be at the dealership in Mount Pleasant 2 days later and it was! The service advisor checked on the warranty service to make sure I was covered. They kept me informed about the service turnaround. The shuttle driver was very pleasant.

Have purchased 3 vehicles form Chip in the last year. He takes the time to understand what vehicle matches your need. He goes out of his way to make sure to match you with the right vehicle at a great price. I couldn't imagine going to any other salesman or dealership.
